• Website usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited, time on site, and device type, collected via Google Analytics. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide and improve our services. Specifically, we use it to:

• Confirm, manage, and complete your reservations
• Send ride reminders and driver information via text or email
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Respond to questions, requests, or concerns

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

4. Text Message Communications

When you provide your phone number to Woodward Black, you may receive text messages related to your reservation — including booking confirmations, driver information, ride reminders, and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

5. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as browser type, pages viewed, and general geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our own systems. Communication records are kept private and accessible only to Woodward Black.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with any legal obligations. If you would like your information deleted from our records, please contact us directly and we will honor that request promptly.
