Your flat rate covers the full trip — no hidden fees, no surge pricing, and no per-passenger charges. We never charge extra for luggage. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. The only additions that may apply are an early morning fee (+$25 for pickups between 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM), extra stops (+$25 each), or holiday surcharges (+25%). All of that is disclosed upfront.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your spot. As a dedicated private service, availability is limited — the earlier you reserve, the better. Same-day requests are accepted when possible, so don't hesitate to call even on short notice.

Never. Woodward Black does not charge per passenger or add fees for luggage. Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, your flat rate stays the same. Bring what you need — we'll fit it.

Life happens — we get it. We will never penalize you for a cancelled or delayed flight, a medical situation, or a genuine emergency. A $50 cancellation fee may be applied in rare cases of repeated no-shows or habitual last-minute cancellations without cause. For standard cancellations made with reasonable notice, there is no charge.

Gratuity is never automatically added to your ride. Tipping is always appreciated and never expected — we want you to feel comfortable, not pressured. If you'd like to tip cash at the end of the ride, that's perfectly fine. If you'd prefer a set percentage added automatically to your bookings, just let us know when you call.

DTW has two main terminals — knowing which one you land in makes the pickup seamless.

McNamara Terminal — Delta, KLM, Air France, and Aeromexico flights arrive here. For curbside pickup, meet your driver at the Domestic Arrivals doors outside. For a Meet & Greet, your driver will be waiting as you exit the secure area into the arrivals lobby, holding a sign with your name.

Evans/North Terminal — All other airlines arrive here. Your driver will meet you in Baggage Claim as you exit the secure area, or curbside at the Arrivals doors — whichever you prefer.

Either way, you'll receive a text message when your driver is on-site with step-by-step instructions. You are never left guessing.

Yes — we serve all major airports in the Southeast Michigan region. In addition to Detroit Metro (DTW), we cover Lansing (LAN), Flint Bishop (FNT), Oakland County International / Pontiac (PTK), Willow Run (YIP), and Detroit City / Coleman A. Young (DET). Rides to and from these airports are booked as point-to-point trips — just call or text us to arrange.

Yes. Any pickup scheduled between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM includes an early morning surcharge of $25. Early flights are our specialty — we're always on time, no matter the hour. This fee is disclosed at the time of booking so there are no surprises.

We keep it flexible. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Pay however you're most comfortable — there's no wrong answer.

No deposit is required. A valid credit or debit card is kept on file to confirm and hold your reservation, but your card is not charged until your ride is complete. You're also welcome to pay a different way at the end of the trip — the card on file is simply to secure the booking.

Yes — we offer rear-facing (infant), front-facing (toddler), and booster seats. There is a $10 fee per seat. Just let us know when you book how many seats you need and which type, and we'll have everything ready when we arrive.
